RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
RETURNS POLICY:
We gladly accept returns of NON-PERISHABLE items that are in as-new and re-sellable condition. Please ensure that the items are returned to us within 30 days from the date indicated on your invoice, including bank holidays and weekends, and we will refund 100% of the price paid.
To initiate a return, it is your responsibility to cover the return postage and use a recorded and tracked service. We cannot refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels. In the case of damage during transit, kindly inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the products. Provide photographic proof of the damaged item(s), along with details such as the product name/type and quantity. Include your order number and contact details, specifying whether you prefer an exchange or refund. Photographic proof is mandatory for all claims.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as bread, kakanin, fruits and vegetables, and frozen products), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
REFUNDS POLICY:
All refunds will be issued to the original payee and through the original method of payment (PayPal or Bank Transfer). For bank transfer payments, please provide your bank details for processing. You can share this information via email (thephilippinestoreglasgow@gmail.com ), Facebook Messenger (The Philippine Store Glasgow).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We regret that we are unable to refund postage or carriage charges for returns.
